Ugh! My work schedule this week has severely affected my blogging! Back to back training classes has kept me away, but I will not be derailed, I tell you.

Schedules like this used to make me run to McDonald’s… if I was overworked or extremely busy or multi-tasking like a crazy woman, healthy eating and prepared meals would go out the window. Now, I end up eating in front of my class (rude, I know, but hey. I’m determined and on a schedule) and they know me by my huge, red 2-liter water bottle. Being this busy may take a toll on my energy level at the end of the day, but I won’t let it affect my eating.
